Automations Updates – Oct 2022

1. Navigate to Goal 4 in each of the Ignite Automations (If available) and Turn Off the webhook step.
2. If any of the following automations are present in your account, set them to Inactive:
   • GU Webhook: Activate CTCFM – Combatives
   • GU Webhook: Activate CTCFM – Women Empowered
   • GU Webhook: Activate CTCFM – Bullyproof
   • GU Webhook: Revoke CTCFM Access – Adults
   • GU Webhook: Revoke CTCFM Access – Kids
3. Review and edit the email messages and timing (if necessary) for the following automations:
   • 60-Day Cancellation Notice
   • Immediate Membership Cancellation
   • Cancel Free Trial
   • Account Freeze Request

Actions Steps:

• (Optional) Add Bullyproof GU account holder names to student’s contact profiles.
• Add your CTC ID to the General Settings. (List of CTC IDs below)
