Account credits can be added to any student’s account and can be used like cash for tuition or merchandise.
*You must check with your supervisor before adding credit to a student’s account.
Account credits can be added within a contact profile:
Add the amount and a brief description of why the credits are being added to the account.
If the student would like the credit to be automatically applied to their next membership auto-pay, check the “Apply to next autoCharge payment” checkbox.
If the student would like to use the credit for merchandise, leave the checkbox unchecked and the credit will be available in the point of sale checkout.
