Today’s Schedule Widget
The Today’s Schedule widget is a calendar view that displays free trial and private lesson appointments.
You can take various actions on each appointment using the “action” dropdown menu including mark as showed, mark as no-show, or rescheduling and appointment.
You can also print appointments to make a roster for the day.
Task Widget
This is a useful widget to view and take action on current and upcoming tasks assigned to you and tasks that are open to any of your team members to complete.
Task#2 is an example of a task that was created by a staff account and assigned to themselves and it related to a specific contact profile (“For: Contact Name”).
*The task widget should be checked daily.
You can also use this widget to create tasks for yourself, specific team members, or the entire team by clicking “Add Task”.
